Lodging rates shown are per villa, per night based on occupancy. Taxes and staff gratuities are not included. The first child up to 8 years of age stays free with two paying adults.

General Policies, Terms & Conditions
Cancellation policies:
If the reservation is canceled 30 days or more prior to the guest’s arrival they will not be charged. If the cancellation is received between 15 and 29 days before the guest’s arrival, they will be charged 50% of the total of the bill. In case of “no-shows” or a cancellation received 14 days or less before the guest’s arrival, Osa Mountain Resort will retain 100% of the payment.
Prepaid unused services are not refundable or credited to future.
Maximum Guests per Villa:
One Bedroom Villa – 3 persons
Two Bedroom Villa? – 5 persons
Three Bedroom Villa – 8 persons
We provide air mattresses for guests without a bedroom… 3rd person in 1 BR, 5th person in 2 BR and 6th & 7th person in 3 BR villas.
Child Policies:
First child (baby, toddler or juvenile): stays free with two paying adults.
Babies up to 2 years: all babies stay free and do not count towards guest total.
Toddlers 3 to 8 years: receive lodging at child prices.
Juveniles 9 to 15 years: receive child’s price for lodging.
Teens 16+: are charged as adults.
Arrival & Departure:
Check in is at 1:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am. However, coming and leaving on the right day is good enough for us if we know ahead of time.
