Reservations

Reservations must be done through our on-line Reservation System. Once you send your request our Guest Services staff you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. You must receive a confirmation from us, otherwise your reservation will not be considered confirmed.

Payment

To confirm your villa reservation, we require a 50% deposit paid by credit card to hold the reservation for your visit.

  • Payment can be made with a credit card: Visa, American Express or Master Card.
  • We do not accept cash for reservations unless you are able to come to the OMV Resort office and make payment in person or wire directly to our bank account. Please contact Guest Services for details. We do not accept travelers checks.
  • All Villa rentals require a security deposit of $500 on arrival. This is fully refundable when you leave provided there is no damage or missing items.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received 30 days or more before arrival are fully refundable.
  • Cancellations received between 15 and 29 days before arrival, we will charge 50% of the entire stay.
  • Cancellations received less than 14 days before or no show will be charged for the entire stay .

Details

Villa rates shown are per person, per night and do not include meals, taxes or staff gratuities in the prices. Vacation packages are are inclusive and do include tax. All rates are indicated in US Dollars and do not include a 13% government tax.

Christmas Season and Easter Week (Semana Santa)

For Christmas Season (Dec. 20 & Jan 4th) and Easter Week (Semana Santa) a minimum stay of 4 nights applies.

Maximum Guests per Villa

  • One Bedroom Villa – 3 persons
  • Two Bedroom Villas – 5 persons
  • Three Bedroom Villa – 8 persons (6 adults & 2 children)
